         FRONT FIVE PLAYERS NEEDED IN PARTICULAR TO BALANCE UNDER 18 SQUAD. COAX YOUR BIGGER FRIENDS TO COME ALONG AND JOIN US GIRLS. AT OVER 18 BACKS AND FORWARDS NEEDED TO SUPPLEMENT SQUAD NUMBER, ANY AGE, ABILITY, EXPERIENCE. WEDNESDAY CLUB TRAINING - Weekly, meet at the Clubhouse for 5.30 start. DO NOT wear earings, rings, etc. IN TRAINING, as from now contact will be a part of every session.

SPONSORSHIP - Although we are actively seeking sponsors for our section, as individuals please do your best to attract your own sponsor !! Of course if you know of anyone interested in sponsoring WOMENS RUGBY here at Pencoed please do not hesitate to contact us. Every little helps. BODY ARMOUR -  This is a personal choice.  WANTED - Qualified Physiotherapist / First Aider. to attend training sessions,  if female, possibly could take part in sessions, if so desired , and in attendance match days. MARKETING PERSON - experience would be an advantage, but not absolutely necessary. Again girls if you know of anyone interested, suitably qualified for the aforementioned positions please let us know.  IMPORTANT - All registered squad members have W.R.U / Pencoed R.F.C. INSURANCE cover, however players are advised to supplement this, by taking out their own personal cover if possible.

 In the longer term there is the opportunity for the aspiring player to progress to regional, and who knows National level ! Come on girls be a part of this ambitious women's rugby section at the club. No experience necessary. IF YOUR FRIENDS ARE NOT SUPPORTIVE, KICK THEM TOO TOUCH !!
